Group Weight Loss and Cholesterol Reduction Program
Interactive group workshops that educate, motivate and encourage permanent weight loss and an improved health profile.Topics include:

Individual Weight Loss and Cholesterol Reduction Program
Body fat, not body weight, is the best measure of fitness. Leaner You begins with an assessment of your body composition and fitness level. Using that information, we design a personalized eating and exercise program that is based on your own body and insures that you maximize the fat loss and minimize lean body mass loss.Initial Appointment
Includes body composition, fitness analysis, eating and exercise plans. (approximately 40 minutes).Weigh-In Consultations
Convenient weekly or biweekly appointments that keep you in touch with your counselor and provide feedback and encouragement during the weight loss process. (approximately 5-10 minutes).Update Analysis
Body composition updates are suggested at 10 pound weight loss intervals or after every 6 - 8 weeks of program. (approximately 15 minutes).For More Information
